Anger Anonymous is a non-profit organization that focuses on helping individuals overcome violent anger. Our organization serves anyone who wants to eliminate violent anger from their lives, offering anger classes that are specifically designed to address cognitive behaviors. Our program is built on the fundamental principle of promoting healthier ways of dealing with anger and creating a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. We strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can heal, grow, and find a path towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

This is accomplished through a personalized action plan consisting of conflict resolution and management, impulse control, thinking for change, cognitive thinking, and learning to talk through difficult situations. Our work helps guide individuals toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life with concrete strategies to minimize the damage uncontrollable anger can cause.

So many times when dealing with anger, we feel we are not being heard, which causes us to assume that our feelings are not being considered. Learning to talk through difficult situations will give us an opportunity to not stuff our feelings but get to the core of what we feel. Anger will always be a part of our lives. Learning to manage it will take a lifetime. Day-to-day, we practice the tools that give us release from our insecurities, hoping that God will show us the way to freedom from self-destruction. Putting forth the effort to become someone new takes a great deal of determination. Letting go of our past isn’t always an easy thing. We did not build up anger overnight. It took some time to manifest itself, and now it will take some time to change the wagon.

In addition to our anger management courses, we also have a ministry that is dedicated to feeding the homeless. We firmly believe in giving back to the community and helping those who have fallen through hard times. By providing meals for the homeless, we aim to offer support and nourishment to individuals who are in need.

One last thing: we WANT TO WORK WITH YOU! Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Reach out today and we can start equipping you with the tools to manage your anger effectively.
